MICROGATE announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Yuanzhifu Hai Electronic Information Investment Enterprise, will reduce its holdings by 8.7909 million shares through centralized bidding from August 1, 2025, to October 9, 2025, at an average reduction price of 12.82 yuan per share, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital; after the reduction, it will hold 117 million shares, accounting for 13.30%
