Baolande announced that Beijing Yidongxing Equity Investment Center has changed its executive partner, and the concerted action relationship between Zhao Yanxing and Yidongxing has been terminated. Zhao Yanxing's control over the company's shares has decreased by 6.98%. Before the change, Zhao Yanxing held 8.7363 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.24% of the total share capital; after the change, he held 3.3136 million shares, accounting for 4.26% of the total share capital. Zhao Yanxing plans to possibly continue to reduce his shareholding in the next 12 months
