# HEC: Vice President and Board Secretary Song Lan resigns

Hainan Expressway announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Ms. Song Lan, the deputy general manager and board secretary. Ms. Song Lan applied to resign from her positions as deputy general manager and board secretary due to a job transfer. After her resignation, she will not hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Until the company formally appoints a new board secretary, Deputy General Manager Yao Weiqing will temporarily perform the duties of the board secretary. The company will complete the appointment of senior management and the board secretary as soon as possible
