YDME: Integrated Circuit Fund and Jingguorui plan to each reduce their holdings by 1%

YDME announced that shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jingguorui State-owned Enterprise Reform and Development Fund, have adjusted their planned reduction in shareholding due to the total number of company shares being adjusted from 1.203 billion shares to 1.428 billion shares. The original planned reduction quantity has been adjusted from no more than 12.0289 million shares to no more than 14.2762 million shares, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1%. The reduction period is from July 31, 2025, to October 31, 2025, and the methods include block trading and centralized bidding, while other reduction arrangements remain unchanged
