# POLYFAIR HLDGS received the resumption guidance from the Stock Exchange and will continue to be suspended

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, POLYFAIR HLDGS (08532) received the following resumption guidance (resumption guidance) issued by the Stock Exchange on October 6, 2025, requiring the company to:

(a) Publish all unpublished financial performance as required by the GEM Listing Rules and address all audit modification opinions;

(b) Prove that the company complies with the provisions of Article 17.26 of the GEM Rules;

(c) Disclose all significant information to the market so that the company's shareholders and investors can accurately assess the company's condition.
