# SCMF: Implementation of Mid-term Dividend Distribution in 2025

> SCMF announced that the company's 2025 interim dividend plan is based on the existing total share capital of 550 million shares after excluding repurchased shares, distributing a cash dividend of 1 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders. After the implementation of this dividend distribution, the ex-dividend price after the company's 2025 interim dividend distribution will be the closing price on the record date minus 0.098386 yuan/share. The record date is October 17, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 20, 2025

SCMF announced that the company's mid-term dividend plan for 2025 is based on the existing total share capital of 550 million shares after excluding repurchased shares, distributing a cash dividend of 1 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders. After the implementation of this dividend distribution, the ex-dividend price after the mid-term dividend distribution for 2025 will be the closing price on the equity registration date minus 0.098386 yuan/share.
