# San Yang Ma: The controlling shareholder pledged 6.5 million shares

San Yang Ma announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Qiu Hongyang, pledged 6.5 million shares, accounting for 12.96% of his holdings and 8.12% of the company's total share capital. The term of the pledged shares is from the date of pledge until the date of deregistration of the pledge, used to meet the company's daily operations, business development, and funding needs for important matters. Mr. Qiu Hongyang and his concerted actor, Mr. Qiu Honggang, collectively hold 50.4 million shares of the company, accounting for 62.96% of the company's total share capital, of which the number of pledged shares after this pledge is 6.5 million shares, accounting for 12.96% of his holdings and 8.12% of the company's total share capital
