# ST QINGYAN shareholders Lihe Venture Capital and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.95%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST QINGYAN (301288.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Lihe Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lihe Venture Capital") and its concerted parties Shenzhen QINGYAN Venture Capital Co., Ltd. plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.1899 million shares (accounting for 2.95% of the company's total share capital, and 3% of the company's total share capital after excluding repurchased shares) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from November 3, 2025, to February 2, 2026) through centralized bidding and block trading
