Lotus announced that the company has completed its repurchase plan, having repurchased a total of 28.0538 million shares, accounting for 1.56% of the total share capital, with a total payment amount of 143 million yuan. The repurchase price range was from 4.29 yuan/share to 6.05 yuan/share. The shares repurchased will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives
