# Hangyang Limited: Increased capital of 31 million yuan for wholly-owned subsidiary

Hangyang Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Jiande Hangyang Gas Co., Ltd., plans to supply electronic bulk gases and provide operation and maintenance services to Zhengpai Technology Co., Ltd. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, the company will increase its investment in Jiande Hangyang by 31 million yuan using its own funds. After the capital increase is completed, Jiande Hangyang's registered capital will increase from 9 million yuan to 40 million yuan, remaining a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring and falls within the approval authority of the company's board of directors. The purpose of this capital increase is to meet the needs of project construction and operational development, strengthen the subsidiary's electronic gas capabilities, and expand the existing gas business supply range
