Zhongfu announced that its shareholder, Henan Yicheng Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by a total of 39,999,900 shares through centralized bidding from July 30, 2025, to October 10, 2025, accounting for 0.9980% of the company's total share capital. The reduction plan has been completed; the reduction price range was 4.57 to 5.65 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of 210 million yuan. After the reduction, the shareholding is 160 million shares, accounting for 4.0039%
