BAOSE: BaoTi Group has increased its stake by 1.42%
BAOSE announced that its controlling shareholder, BaoTi Group, will increase its holdings of the company's shares by 3.5153 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange within six months starting from April 10, 2025, accounting for 1.42% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of 62.9518 million yuan. This increase plan has been completed, and BaoTi Group's shareholding ratio has risen from 47.08% to 48.51%
