Jushen announced that as of October 9, 2025, the company has cumulatively reduced its repurchased shares by 1.6616 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.9968% of the company's total share capital, with an average transaction price of 15.08 yuan/share, a highest price of 16.91 yuan/share, and a lowest price of 14.5 yuan/share. The total amount of funds obtained from the reduction is 25.0502 million yuan. This reduction plan has been completed ahead of schedule, and the remaining shares available for reduction will no longer be reduced, which will not lead to changes in the company's control or total share capital
