# Toly Bread: Due to family asset planning needs, controlling shareholder Wu Zhigang intends to transfer no more than 2% of the company's shares to his spouse

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Toly Bread (603866.SH) announced that due to family asset planning needs, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Wu Zhigang will transfer a total of no more than 31,994,400 shares to his spouse Ms. Sheng Yali through block trading, accounting for 2% of the total shares of the company. This transfer is an internal transfer between the controlling shareholder and the actual controller and does not involve reducing holdings in the market. Mr. Wu Xuedong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 189 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.00001% of the total shares of the company. This internal transfer and reduction can be implemented 15 trading days after the announcement of this plan
