# XCC: Wuzhou Holdings and its executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.7413%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XCC (603667.SH) has released a notice stating that in order to improve its financial situation and reduce operational risks, one of its controlling shareholders, Wuzhou Holdings, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10 million shares, accounting for 2.73% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding and block trading.

Due to personal financial arrangements, the company's directors and senior management plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, with the reduction price determined by market price. Mr. Zhang Xunlei plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 24,750 shares, accounting for 0.0068% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Song Chaojiang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 16,625 shares, accounting for 0.0045% of the company's total share capital
