# ST Guijiu lost the trademark case, ordered to pay over 4.18 million yuan and prohibited from using "Guijiu"

On October 10th, Shanghai Guijiu Co., Ltd. announced the progress of a lawsuit. The announcement revealed that the final judgment result of the trademark dispute case between Shanghai Guijiu and Guizhou Guijiu regarding the "Guijiu" trademark has been issued. Shanghai Guijiu, as the defendant, lost the case and is required to compensate Guizhou Guijiu for related economic losses, and is prohibited from using the corporate name "Guijiu."
