According to the Qichacha APP, recently, State Power Investment Corporation and Shunhai Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd. were established, with a registered capital of 400 million yuan. The business scope includes: power generation, transmission, and supply; installation, maintenance, and testing of power transmission, supply, and receiving facilities. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. under Shanghai Electric Power and Jiangsu Trina New Energy Development Co., Ltd. under Trina Solar
