Beijing BOW Technology Co., Ltd. announced that, after review and approval by the 16th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Chen Chunsheng as the company's president, who will no longer serve as the rotating president. Mr. Chen Chunsheng's term as president will be from the date of approval by this Board of Directors until the end of the 6th Board of Directors' term. Upon nomination and recommendation by the company's president and approval by the company's Board of Directors Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Liu Jianjun as the company's senior vice president, with a term from the date of approval by this Board of Directors until the end of the 6th Board of Directors' term
