Weichai Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in June 1993, with Fu Qiang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes general equipment manufacturing, marine supporting equipment manufacturing, mechanical equipment research and development, etc., and is jointly held by Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd., Weifang Investment Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Central Clearing Limited, and others
