Bbmg Jidong announced that the company recently received a written resignation letter submitted by Ren Qianjin. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Ren Qianjin has applied to resign from his positions as a director and a member of the board nomination committee of the company. According to relevant regulations, Mr. Ren Qianjin's resignation will take effect from the date the written resignation letter is delivered to the company. After his resignation, Mr. Ren Qianjin will continue to serve as the company's deputy general manager and board secretary. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Ren Qianjin does not hold any shares in the company
