# Sinosteel NMC: The shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder Sinosteel Capital has changed from 100% to 59.49%

Sinosteel NMC announced that the equity structure of its controlling shareholder, Sinosteel Capital, has changed. After completing the capital increase and share expansion, the registered capital increased from 26.666 billion yuan to 44.824 billion yuan. The shareholding ratio of China Sinosteel Corporation decreased to 59.49%, while the remaining 40.51% of the equity is held by 27 financial creditors. This change does not affect the controlling shareholder, indirect controlling shareholder, and actual controller of Sinosteel NMC, which remain China Sinosteel Group Co., Ltd. and China Baowu Steel Group Corporation Limited, with the actual controller being the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council
