According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Shanghai Hejing (688584.SH) has recently received a notice from its major shareholder Xinggang Rongchuang regarding the "Share Reduction Plan." Due to the shareholder's own funding needs, Xinggang Rongchuang plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 6.6546 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement
