# Telling Holding's application for issuing stocks to specific targets has been approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Telling Holding (000829.SZ) announced that on October 11, 2025, it received a notice from the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (referred to as "SZSE") regarding the review of Telling Communication Holding Co., Ltd.'s application for issuing shares to specific targets. The SZSE's issuance and listing review agency reviewed the company's application documents for issuing shares to specific targets and concluded that the company meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. Subsequently, the SZSE will report to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as "CSRC") to carry out the relevant registration procedures as required
