# The concerted action party of the actual controller of Sinofuse Electric plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.999% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sinofuse Electric (301031.SZ) has recently received notification letters regarding the reduction of shares from its actual controller, Mr. Fang Guangwen, who serves as the executive partner of Yongchun Zhongyu, and from Yongchun Zhongying, where Mr. Fang Guangwen also serves as the executive partner. The shareholder Yongchun Zhongyu Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yongchun Zhongyu"), holding 5.9073% of the shares, and the shareholder Yongchun Zhongying Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yongchun Zhongying"), holding 4.6410% of the shares, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 979,600 shares (accounting for 0.999% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
