# PPM(SuZhou): Yunnan Trust plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1 million shares of the company

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, PPM (300905.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd. - Yunnan Trust - Kai Rui No. 210 Single Fund Trust (referred to as "Yunnan Trust"), which directly holds 9.5 million shares of the company (accounting for 5.3136% of the total share capital), plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1 million shares of the company (accounting for 0.5593% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement
