According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Scitop Bio (300858.SZ) announced that a specific shareholder, Zhang Liebing, who holds 4.1764% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings within three months starting from the third trading day after the disclosure of this reduction announcement (from October 16, 2025, to January 15, 2026) through centralized bidding and block trading, with the number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 5 million shares, which is no more than 1.8976% of the total shares of the company
