# HESAI-W: Stabilization Price Action and End of Stabilization Price Period

> HESAI-W announced that the stabilization period for its global offering will end on October 11, 2025. During this period, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited conducted stabilization actions, including the overallotment of 2.9325 million shares, accounting for 15% of the initially available shares for subscription in the global offering. In addition, the sponsor exercised the overallotment option on September 16, 2025, at a price of HKD 212.80 per share, involving 2.9325 million shares. There were no market transactions of Class B common shares during this period

According to the announcement from HESAI-W (02525), the stabilization period for the global offering will end on October 11, 2025 (Saturday), which is the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering. The stabilization actions taken by the stabilization agent, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, or any person acting on its behalf during the stabilization period are as follows:

(1) A total of 2.9325 million shares were sold in the international offering's overallotment, accounting for 15% of the total number of shares initially available for subscription under the global offering (after taking into account the exercise of the over-allotment option but before the exercise of the over-allotment rights); and

(2) The sponsor and overall coordinator (for itself and on behalf of the international underwriters) fully exercised the over-allotment option on September 16, 2025 (Tuesday) at a price of HKD 212.80 per share (the international offering price, excluding a 1% brokerage commission, a 0.0027% Securities and Futures Commission transaction levy, a 0.00565% Stock Exchange trading fee, and a 0.00015% Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau transaction levy), involving a total of 2.9325 million shares to cover the overallotment in the international offering.

During the stabilization period, the stabilization agent did not purchase or sell any Class B ordinary shares in the market for stabilization purposes
