EMINENCE ENT (00616.HK) announced the acquisition of all equity of EASYKNIT INT'L (01218.HK), which primarily holds the properties located at G/F Shops 1, 2, 3, 1/F Shop 1, and 2/F Shop 1 at Garden Square, Flower Street, Mong Kok, as well as 268,000 shares of Ping An Insurance (02318.HK). The consideration is expected to be approximately HKD 268 million, to be paid through the issuance of five-year 5% convertible bonds, with a conversion price of HKD 0.169, representing a premium of 4.32% over the last trading day (10th)
