# INNOVAX HLDGS transfers 75% equity to Touch Technology, shares resume trading

> INNOVAX HLDGS announced that Chairman Zhong Zhiwen transferred 75% of his shares to independent third party Wang Ting, involving 45 million shares, with a total price of HKD 2.7. Upon completion, a mandatory general offer must be made at a cash price of HKD 6 per share, representing a premium of 6.01% over the last trading price before suspension. After that, the offeror intends to maintain the listing status of the shares on the Stock Exchange. The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Monday (13th)

INNOVAX HLDGS (02680.HK) announced that Chairman Zhong Zhiwen transferred 75% of his shares to independent third party Wang Tingfa, involving 45 million shares, with a total consideration of HKD 2.7. Upon completion, a mandatory general offer must be made at a cash price of HKD 6 per share, representing a premium of 6.01% over the last closing price before suspension.
