# The controlling shareholder of Hainan Huatie intends to invest 100 million to 200 million yuan to increase its stake in the company

According to the announcement from Hainan Huatie (603300.SH), based on confidence in the company's future strategic development and recognition of its value, as well as to enhance investor confidence, stabilize the company's stock price, and protect the interests of small and medium-sized investors, the controlling shareholder Haikong Chantu plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares within six months starting from October 14, 2025, using its own and self-raised funds through methods permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system (including but not limited to centralized bidding and block trading), with a total intended increase of no less than RMB 100 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 200 million (inclusive)
