# San Yang Ma: Appointed Yang Yukuo as the company's board secretary

San Yang Ma announced on October 13th that since the company's fourth board of directors was re-elected on June 23, 2025, the position of board secretary has been vacant, with the chairman acting as the board secretary. To further improve corporate governance and standardize company operations, in accordance with relevant regulations, and upon the nomination of the chairman and the review and recommendation of the board nomination committee, the sixth meeting of the fourth board of directors agreed to appoint Yang Yukuo as the board secretary of the fourth board of directors, with a term consistent with that of the current board
