# Putailai: Preliminary assessment indicates that the impact of export control measures on the company's business is relatively small

Putailai stated on the interactive platform that the company has noted the announcement jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs regarding the implementation of export controls on lithium batteries and artificial graphite anode materials. The company has conducted a preliminary assessment and believes that the impact on its business is minimal. Regarding the lithium automation equipment business, from January to August 2025, the company's automation equipment business is primarily domestic, with overseas revenue accounting for less than 0.5% of the company's operating income, which is very small; the company's automation equipment products mainly consist of front-end equipment such as homogenization, coating, and slitting, which are not within the scope of this export control; currently, the amount of overseas orders for mid-stage equipment such as stacking and liquid injection is small, with limited impact. Regarding the anode materials business, from 2006 to 2023, domestic artificial graphite exports have always been executed in accordance with export control regulations, with export volumes showing significant growth in line with market supply and demand changes, and there is no situation of being banned from export on a large scale; starting from December 2023, the policy has been relaxed, and the new regulations restore the application for export licenses. The company preliminarily judges that it will return to the original model and expects that there will be no negative impact on the export business of anode materials
