# SYNTHESISELECTRONIC provides a loan guarantee of 10 million yuan to its subsidiary SYNTHESISELECTRONIC Medical

On March 27 and April 25, 2025, SYNTHESISELECTRONIC was successively approved by the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting to agree to provide a joint liability guarantee limit of no more than 90 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary SYNTHESISELECTRONIC Medical to apply for comprehensive credit from financial institutions for the year 2025, with a validity period of 12 months and the limit being reusable. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Jinan Branch of China Everbright Bank, providing a guarantee of 10 million yuan for loans to SYNTHESISELECTRONIC Medical, which does not require further review within the approved limit. As of the announcement date, the company's actual external guarantee balance is 60.24 million yuan, all of which are guarantees for SYNTHESISELECTRONIC Medical, accounting for 11.06% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue or other abnormal situations
