NBOND announced that its controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Hangzhou Jinnuo Chuang Investment Management Partnership, and the company's director and deputy general manager, Ren Jianyong, have reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 1.238 million shares and 319,000 shares, respectively, from September 2 to October 13, 2025, accounting for 0.6974% and 0.1797% of the total share capital. The reduction price ranges were 18.5 to 19.53 yuan/share and 19.39 to 19.78 yuan/share, and this reduction plan has been completed
