The pledgee is Guolian Securities, and the pledge start date is October 11, 2024. As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder Yang Tao and his concerted actors have cumulatively pledged 22.4298 million shares, accounting for 10.59% of the total share capital. The company stated that current production and operations are normal, and the controlling shareholder and his concerted actors are optimistic about the company's development. The risks of pledged shares are controllable, and there is no risk of forced liquidation or transfer, which does not affect the company's operations and control.
