# ST HYM has completed the transfer of 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary

On August 22, 2025, the 15th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of HYM approved the proposal to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Fujian Haiyuan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. for a consideration of 10 million yuan. Recently, the equity change registration procedures for Haiyuan Intelligent Equipment have been completed, and the 100% equity held by HYM has been transferred to Dexing Zhonghao New Energy Co., Ltd., and the company no longer holds equity in Haiyuan Intelligent Equipment.
