# Heyuan Gas signed a gas supply contract worth 768 million yuan with Dingyi New Materials

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Heyuan Gas (002971.SZ) announced that the company signed a "On-site Gas Supply Business Contract" with Hubei Dingyi New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dingyi New Materials") regarding the investment construction of the complete equipment for the on-site gas production device and gas supply services, agreeing to supply oxygen, nitrogen, and propane products to Dingyi New Materials. The preliminary estimated contract amount (including tax) is approximately 768 million yuan. The performance period stipulated in the contract is ten years from the official start of gas supply, with gas supply conditions available by July 1, 2026
