# ECOBEAUTY's subsidiary jointly won the bid for the urban renewal project in the Junxinqu area of Guanlan Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen

According to the announcement from Beautiful Ecology (000010.SZ), the company's controlling subsidiary Fujian Shuo Jie Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shuo Jie Trading") has received the "Bid Notification." The project won is the design, procurement, and construction general contracting project (EPC) for the urban renewal project in the Junxin area of Guanlan Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen. The winning bidders are Minmetals 23rd Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Shuo Jie Trading Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong Huayi Design Consultants (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., with a total bid amount of 2.375 billion yuan
