# DFSS: The controlling shareholder's 3 million shares may be subject to judicial auction

ST DFSS announced that 3 million unrestricted circulating shares held by its controlling shareholder, Dongfang Shishang Investment Co., Ltd., may be subject to judicial auction, accounting for approximately 0.42% of the company's total share capital of 715 million shares. As of the announcement date, Dongfang Shishang Investment and its concerted actor, Mr. Xu Xiong, collectively hold 106 million shares of the company, representing 14.88% of the total share capital. If this auction is successfully implemented, the shares held by Dongfang Shishang Investment and Mr. Xu Xiong will further decrease to 45.9 million shares, with the remaining shares accounting for approximately 6.42% of the total share capital. Currently, this matter has not been publicly disclosed, and the auction results remain uncertain
