# Shuanglu Pharmaceutical's invested company XUANZHUBIO is expected to be listed on the Stock Exchange on October 15

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shuanglu Pharmaceutical (002038.SZ) announced that its associate company XUANZHUBIO (02575) is expected to officially list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 15, 2025. According to XUANZHUBIO's global offering prospectus, it plans to issue 67,333,500 shares globally, with an offering price of HKD 11.60 per share. The company holds a total of 1,780,800 shares, which is expected to account for 0.34% of the total shares after issuance. The lock-up period for the shares held by the company in XUANZHUBIO is 12 months after its listing
