# WELL LINK SEC completed the acquisition of all issued shares of Haishan Co., Ltd

According to the announcement from WELL LINK SEC (08350), all the conditions precedent of the sale and purchase agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion has been implemented on October 13, 2025. A consideration bond with a principal amount of HKD 35 million has been issued to the seller, of which a consideration bond with a principal amount of HKD 33.25 million will be issued to Xu Chujia and a consideration bond with a principal amount of HKD 1.75 million will be issued to Zhang Meijuan.

Upon completion, the company will hold all issued equity of the target company. Therefore, the target company will become a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the financial performance of the target company will be consolidated into the group's accounts
