# Xiaomi customer service responded to the online claim that the SU7 cannot open the door handle after a collision: The vehicle will unlock when it receives a collision signal, subject to police investigation

The customer service also mentioned that when a collision occurs and the vehicle receives a collision signal, the entire vehicle will unlock, allowing the door to be opened by pulling the outside door handle
