# SUNSEA: The newly added cumulative litigation and arbitration cases involve an amount of 15.423 million yuan

SUNSEA announced that since August 27, 2025, the company and its holding subsidiaries have added a total of 53 litigation and arbitration cases, involving an amount of 15.423 million yuan, accounting for 23.20% of the most recent audited net assets. Among them, the total amount of litigation and arbitration cases where the company and its holding subsidiaries are plaintiffs is 5.1766 million yuan, the total amount of cases where they are defendants or respondents is 10.2438 million yuan, and the total amount of cases where they are third parties is 0.0026 million yuan. The cases are still in progress, and the impact on the company's current or future profits is uncertain
