> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUZHOU GROUP announced that the contract sales amount for September 2025 was RMB 361 million; the sales area was 27,641 square meters; and the average sales price was RMB 13,075 per square meter. In the first nine months of 2025, the group achieved a cumulative sales amount of RMB 4.913 billion; a cumulative sales area of 341,459 square meters; and an average sales price of RMB 14,391 per square meter

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUZHOU GROUP (01628) announced that the contract sales amount for September 2025 was RMB 361 million; the sales area was 27,641 square meters; and the average sales price was RMB 13,075 per square meter.

In the first nine months of 2025, the group achieved a cumulative sales amount of RMB 4.913 billion; the cumulative sales area was 341,459 square meters; and the average sales price was RMB 14,391 per square meter
