# JLU COMMUNICATION and its subsidiaries plan to jointly establish an artificial intelligence laboratory with Jilin University

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JLU COMMUNICATION (300597.SZ) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongpu Huilian Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongpu Huilian") plan to sign the "Cooperation Research and Development Agreement for the Joint Construction of an Artificial Intelligence Joint Laboratory - and the Technical Service Contract for Joint Laboratory Project Development" with Jilin University, to jointly establish the "Artificial Intelligence Joint Laboratory," conduct relevant forward-looking technology research, and carry out industry-university-research cooperation. The company will provide 10 million yuan in funding to the laboratory within five years from the effective date of the "Agreement."
