# ZEHO ECO: The controlling shareholder and actual controller have partially lifted the pledge of shares and pledged shares

ZEHO ECO announced that as of the disclosure date, the controlling shareholder Huiheng Investment holds 84.5859 million shares of the company, accounting for 39.96% of the total share capital. After the release of the pledge of 11.5 million shares, a total of 49.7349 million shares have been pledged, accounting for 58.80% of its holdings and 23.49% of the company's total share capital. The actual controller, Ms. Zhang Yijun, directly holds 38.4579 million shares of the company, accounting for 18.17% of the total share capital. After the release of the pledge of 8.67 million shares, a total of 36.23 million shares have been pledged, accounting for 94.21% of her holdings and 17.11% of the company's total share capital
