According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FEILIHUA (300395.SZ) disclosed a plan to issue stocks to specific targets through a simplified procedure for the year 2025. The company intends to issue stocks to no more than 35 (inclusive) specific targets, raising a total amount of no more than (inclusive) 300 million yuan. The net amount raised, after deducting relevant issuance costs, will be fully used for the construction project of intelligent manufacturing of quartz electronic yarn (Phase I)
