# Visionox plans to invest 190 million yuan to establish an industrial fund focusing on the field of new display materials

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Visionox (002387.SZ) announced that on October 10, 2025, the company signed the Partnership Agreement of Anhui Province Jusheng Materials Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) to participate in the establishment of the fund Anhui Province Jusheng Materials Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital of the partnership is 1 billion yuan, and the company, as a limited partner, has subscribed capital of 190 million yuan, accounting for 19% of the partnership's subscribed capital. The investment direction of the partnership is planned to be in the new materials field, with a particular focus on new display materials, and the investment amount in the upstream and downstream of the new materials industry chain shall not be less than 70% of the partnership's subscribed capital
