ZANGGE MINING: Subsidiary resumes lithium resource development and utilization activities

ZANGGE MINING announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Golmud Zangge Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., will officially resume production on October 11, 2025. Previously, ZANGGE MINING's wholly-owned subsidiary, Golmud Zangge Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd., received a reply from the Haixi Prefecture Natural Resources Bureau and the Haixi Prefecture Salt Lake Management Bureau regarding the approval to resume lithium resource development and utilization activities. Zangge Lithium plans to achieve a lithium carbonate production of 11,000 tons and sales of 11,000 tons in 2025, with a production of 5,170 tons and sales of 4,470 tons already achieved in the first half of the year. The total duration of this temporary shutdown was 87 days, and it is expected to have a minimal impact on the company's operating performance for the year 2025
