According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Toua H&T (301125.SZ) announced that its shareholder Nanjing Yunhang Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Nanjing Yunhang") plans to reduce its holdings of 4.2418 million shares of the company (accounting for 2.99% of the company's total share capital, and 3.00% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
